Should you cancel an order
you placed or return an item you do not want, beginning October 11, 2019, there will be a charge or reduction
of the purchase price you paid in the amount of approximately 3% to 4% when the credit is issued to your account. If
you order an item that is no longer available, discontinued or noted Do Not Order as stated on the product page, this also
policy applies. We have been informed by our payment processors (PayPal in most cases) that as of this date
and according to industry practice, they will no longer refund the original processing fee that
we were charged. This is not a restocking fee, but a non-refundable processing fee we have to pay on any
transaction run through the processors system.
Returned Products:
In the event a product is faulty or not what you originally ordered (unless we agreed on a substitute)
and was our mistake, you can return it to us for a full refund or replacement. Note, by law and for health
and safety reasons, silicone plugs and inserts that absorb particulates and can transmit diseases, won't be considered
as returnable products once used. If a product is determined to be defective, we will simply replace it or refund
your money. If we have the product you ordered in stock and we sent you the wrong product, we will ship
it to you right away. A prepaid return label can be generated and emailed to you to place on the box that
you receive a replacement in to send the product back to us. If you choose to simply get your money back,
we will gladly credit your account once we receive the product back.
