After many requests for a larger urethral insert with an electrified stainless steel tip, we finally had them machined for us.  These sleek inserts are 5/16" (8mm) in diameter and have a thin wire that runs through a non-conductive silicone tube that is securely fastened to the stainless steel tip. 

We no longer heat the tips and hot solder them as we had done in the past.  This process was found to make the weld brittle over time and fail.  We now use an expensive two-part conductive epoxy that is made with real silver.  A small hole has been drilled into the end shafts and after stripping back a small portion and exposing the wire, it is coated with the epoxy and pushed into the deep hole.  Additional silver epoxy is then added to the outside to completely cover and fill the hole and any exposed wire extending from the base of the shaft.  The result is a cold conductive weld that is much stronger than hot soldering.  The insert is soft and very flexible making it form the curvature of the penis and very comfortable when in use. 

The standard length of these inserts is 10 inches.  If you desire a longer one, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to add a few inches for those wanting deeper probing.  Any of the three standard industry connections are available to your lead wires.  Just be sure to indicate a Banana, TENS or Snap connection in the drop-down box below.  A banana socket is the default.

We are sure that you (and Mr. Happy) are going to enjoy these larger inserts as much as those who have been using the 6mm.

Always be sure to clean your inserts before and after use with hot water and a good antibacterial soap.  You can also wipe them down with alchol and let them air dry.  Be sure to rinse them off before using.  You definietly do now want to get an infections.
