RECEIVE 1 FOOT OF 6x4MM CONDUCTIVE TUBING FREE WHEN YOU PURCHASE
A STAINLESS STEEL TIP.
Now you can make your own urethral inserts simply by purchasing the stainless steel tip.
Included with this special, you will also receive a one-foot piece of 6x4mm conductive tubing that holds the tip shaft snugly
into the inside diameter of the tube.
These tips have been
precisely machined to be flush with the outside diameter of the conductive silicone tubing to avoid any urethral wall irritation.
The picture above shows the tip securely connected to the tubing. Since we constantly receive new shipments of conductive
tubing, once in awhile the diameter could be slightly smaller or larger. Since the tips are machined for the tubing
that was sent to the machinist, we test fit each tip to the tubing before shipping to make sure of a snug, flush fit.
We have another size to choose from if a 1/8" diameter is too small. A 6mm (1/4")
solid tip and 6mm Hollow Tip or 8mm (5/16") can also be purchased. You can find the 6mm solid
tip in the Urethral Insert Section.
As with all urethral inserts, be sure that the
end of the tubing is straight and flush with the collar of the stainless tip. If the end is not flush, use a razor blade to
cut the end perfectly straight and flush. This assures a good tight fit and will not allow any fluids to get in-between
the inside of the tubing and the stainless shaft. After shoving the tip into the tubing, always tug GENTLY on the tip
to make certain that it does not pull off. Normally, the slight tugging causes the same effect of the old Chinese finger
cuffs, causing it to tighten when pulled. Inspect your insert carefully each time before use to insure that
the tip is securely in place. If the tip is the slightest bit loose or if you can see any portion of the inner-shaft
between the collar of the tip and the tubing, DO NOT USE, as this may cause disaster if the tip comes loose and falls off
during use.
SUGGESTION: Placing a very small drop of Super Glue on the shaft
before inserting it into the tubing enhances the ability of the shaft fitting securely inside the tubing. Never coat
the entire shaft with glue, as it acts as an insulator and current will not get directly to the tip. Make sure that
if any glue oozes out between the collar and tubing that you wipe or carefully take it off. Excess dried glue will irritate
the urethral wall.
NOTE: You are making this insert at your own risk.
Because you the buyer, are constructing this insert yourself, we will not and cannot be held liable for any damage, liability
or injury caused by the customer constructing or using it.
