Penis Head/Nipple Pump

Not only can this device be used to produce a large cock head, but has other handy functions as well. Because of the 3" diameter of the acrylic cylinder and soft silicone rubber sleeve with a 1" diameter hole, it can also be used as a nipple/breast pump. Pump has a quick release pressure valve. A word of caution; prolonged and too frequent use of penis enhancing devices may cause ruptured blood vessels. Any such vacuum devices should always be used with discretion.
