Made from stainless steel, this device is very smooth and with the use of some good quality sterile lube, will slide right in and you are ready to expand. 

      The thumb screw allows you to gently open the urethral opening to a comfortable sensation and then when and if you wish to expand it a little more, just twist the thumb screw slightly to open it further.  Attaching an alligator clip to it and used with your power box as a single-pole electrode will definitely heighten your sensations.  :)
